  1. Where can I buy Innuvunga Designs products?

    Most of our products are sold at Tivi Galleries Inc, an Inuit art & craft boutique in Kuujjuaq. There are also few items available in select outlets in Nunavut. Nevertheless, the best way to buy products is online!

  2. How much is the shipping?

    Due to high shipping costs to remote regions within Canada, our small business can’t afford free shipping. Indeed, we offer a flat rate of $23.00 per order from all over Canada.

  3. When should I expect my order?

    We usually ship 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Shipping delay may vary from one destination to another and will be according to Post Canada’s shipping standards.

  4. Which currency are the products?

    Inuuvunga Designs’s headquarters is in Kuujjuaq, Quebec. Our products are sold with Quebec and Canada sales taxes added. All prices and discounts are posted in Canadian dollars.

  5. How can I order if I don’t have a credit card?

    Select all products and proceed to payment. At checkout, you will have different payment options. You will have to select Email Money Transfer (EMT). Send EMT to (security answer: Inuitapparel). If you live in Kuujjuaq and prefer to pay in cash, visit us at Tivi Galleries Inc. on Airport Road (in front of the Auberge Kuujjuaq Inn.) from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.

  6. Do you ship internationally?

    We do ship internationally. However, additional shipping fees will apply. Send us an email at with your mailing address and we will get back to you with the exact shipping fees. You will have to pay these extra fees for international shipping through checkout. All orders will need to be processed in Canadian currency.

  7. When can we expect new collection and products?

    We try to launch two collections every season, however, it can be less depending on the workload. Follow our Facebook Page or Instagram to stay up to date with our new products!

  8. Can I exchange an item or get a refund?

If it is an exchange, you will have to cover the cost to get the item to us, but we will cover the cost of the shipment of the exchanged item. If it is a return, you will have to cover the cost to get the item to us, but we will refund the original shipping cost along with the cost of the product. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn and unaltered. Items may be returned or exchanged with original receipt within 30 days after receiving the package.
